OER17: Welcoming SPARC as our first sponsor

We are delighted to announce that SPARC as our first sponsor of OER17:

SPARC is a global coalition committed to making Open the default for research and education. SPARC empowers people to solve big problems and make new discoveries through the adoption of policies and practices that advance Open Access, Open Data, and Open Education.

SPARC have been long supporters of previous OER conferences and as well as presenting a number of sessions members of SPARC have been donated their time and expertise as part of the conference committees and reviewing session proposals.
