Sponsorship and exhibition opportunities at OER17
The 8th Open Educational Resources Conference, OER17: The Politics of Open, will be held from 5 to 6 April 2017 at Resource for London, UK.
The conference is an important event for all involved in Higher and Further Education. The 2015 event attracted about 150 to 190 participants from 29 countries, as well as over 1,700 views online, and 8,000 tweets from 1,200 unique Twitter accounts.
There are two ways for you to get involved in this event and connect with its participants.
Sponsorship
As a sponsor, you gain
- prominent identification as a sponsor or partner in the run-up to and throughout the conference, with your details, including your logo, on the conference platform
- option to include a printed flyer in the conference packs
- access to participant list and conference platform
- registration for one delegate
There is also the option to become a Gold sponsor, which bring you additional benefits:
- 2-minute elevator pitch in plenary
- logo on event holding slides and mentioned during the opening session
- option to be featured in a post on the #ALTC Blog before or after the conference
- media release jointly with ALT and promotion on social media
- registration for two delegates
- option to provide a pop-up banner for display in a prominent location at the event
You can also choose to have your logo on the conference bags and/or lanyards.
Exhibition
You can also exhibit at the conference. The exhibition area is located at the heart of the conference, right next to the catering facilities, guaranteeing maximum exposure to your stand. As an exhibitor, you will receive:
- exhibition space for both days including wireless internet access
- your details, including your logo, on the conference platform
- option to include a printed flyer in the conference packs
- access to participant list and conference platform
- registration for one delegate (option to purchase additional conference passes)
